Practicing in Securities/Stock Broker Arbitration and Civil Litigation in Tampa

Robert C. Stokes III is a graduate of Cornell University and received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.  He has been a litigator in Tampa, Florida for his entire career, including in-house counsel positions as Vice President for both Morgan Stanley DW, and Raymond James Financial, Inc. 

He currently maintains an office in the Westshore area of Tampa, and offers services in a variety of fields, including securities and stock broker arbitration, family law and general civil litigation.

Robert C. Stokes III is licensed to practice in Florida and the Florida Middle District Federal courts, as well as in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Florida and many other jurisdictions.
